Mambodla (Pty) Ltd is a South African firm of Chartered Accountants. The company name is derived from the first two or three letters of the founders surnames ie Maphumulo, Mboyisa (clan name) and Dladla.

He has more than 8 years’ experience in financial services sector. He completed his articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers then The
Office of the Auditor General, after which he assumed an Audit Supervisor position at the latter audit firm. His audit client’s

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant SA he joined Malander Advisory, a financial consulting firm. He excelled in his position as Advisory Manager. During his time at Malander Advisory he worked on the following entities:

Operating Director
Phumzile Gama, Operations Director of Mambodla (Pty) Ltd is a graduate of North West University and holds a Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA) (UNISA). She completed her articles at the Auditor General of South Africa (AGSA). She has 5 years of extensive audit experience. She has audited clients that are in various industries: Insurance, Legal, Entertainment as well as Local, Provincial Government entities.
She took up a senior role at AM Phaka Malele (Pty) Ltd where she was more involved in the accounting and taxation aspects.
She also successfully managed an audit team where she reviewed Annual Financial Statements, prepared audit budgets and ensured that deadlines were met.
She is a determined professional who wants to excel in everything. She ensures that she keeps abreast with the relevant legislation changes that affect clients. She has invaluable leadership experience.
